The ultimate Barre workout inspired by dance exercises is a form of exercise that isolates muscle groups in precise movements at the barre to create a strong, lean, toned, physique while increasing core strength, flexibility and body alignment.
Garuda is the intelligent way to exercise. This holistic, organic, and dynamic method encompassing the principles of Pilates, the breath work and asana practice of yoga, and the grace and athleticism of dance. Michal has multiple fitness, and dance certifications. The success she has as a trainer and coach comes from her positive approach to fitness -- and the fact that she addresses it holistically. Clients describe her as crative, fun and extremely challenging!

Tuesdays: 10am - 11am
Thursdays: 8:30am - 9:30am
Fridays: 8:30am - 9:30am
Sundays: 9:00am - 10:00am
